I bought some knitted mittens for my daughter. I feel so guilty because I could have made mittens myself! But, I didn't want to knit mittens. Now that I'm a knitter, will I never be able to buy knitted things without feeling guilty?
haha. I feel that way every time I'm out and see knitting things. I see all the store bought hats and scarves and think about those poor people that don't have anyone to knit for them. But then I look at things like sweaters and coats in the stores and think, "I could knit that... But why would I want to."
I knit, I take pictures, I do some other stuff every now and then. Because when this mommy gets a spare moment, being creative is a whole lot more fun than cleaning house.

"I was merely reading the Muggle magazines," said Dumbledore. "I do love knitting patterns."
